Cynthia & Phillip came down to the studio to grab some quick engagement shots this week. We will be shooting their wedding this July with a reception at one of our favorite local halls, the Metropolitan Centre in Canton, OH. Cynthia and Phillip met while both working for the Blue Olive in Canton. We look forward to working with you two as the date gets a bit closer!

On May 20, 2010 Melinda and Adam joined us in the studio and around town for a quick engagement session. In August we will be joining Melinda and Adam to video their wedding. We enjoyed getting to know the couple a bit more and look forward to their big day!

Amelia and Joseph had their engagement pictures taken at Silver Creek Park which also happened to be where their first date was, and where Joseph Proposed to Amelia. They make a beautiful couple and it was an extreme pleasure taking these pictures that really showed how much the two are truly in love with each other. Congratulations and have fun on planning your big day!!

We truly enjoyed working with this couple because their story is so intriguing. Mike was in a wedding that we shot a few years ago, which was how he found out about us. Lisa and Mike met as Cheerleaders, and have been a couple ever since. They make a very photogenic couple, which make us very excited to do their wedding pictures. Their engagement pictures were taken in Canal Fulton, OH at our studio, with a quick walk down to the park nearby.

We will be shooting Emily and Brian’s wedding this coming fall, and look forward to seeing all of the planning come together. To wrap up this past weekend we met up with Emily and Brian at the McKinley Memorial in Canton to take some engagement pictures. After a bit we wandered over to the Woman’s Garden Center and Water Works park. We had a good bit of fun and a few laughs along the way. Everything was set against an incredible blue mid-afternoon sky. We enjoyed getting to know the two of you a little bit better and can not wait for the wedding! Below is a quick slide show of the images from Sunday…enjoy!

We are scheduled to shoot Amy’s wedding in just a couple of weeks, but this past Thursday, Lindsay and I were able to head out of the studio for a bridal session with Amy. We love getting to know our couples a bit more personally before the wedding, and engagement sessions or one-on-one bridal sessions are the perfect time for that. In our planning for the wedding and this session it was obvious that Amy wanted a location that was a little bit different. As much as we enjoy shooting at the “typical” places around the studio, it is always nice to go someplace new to us. After some searching we stumbled upon a gorgeous historical neighborhood right in downtown Massillon. We were able to use the Five Oaks Mansion for some indoor and outdoor shots. Everything fit her gown perfectly. With storms rolling in we had to wrap up, but the last few shots were some of my favorites all day. We look forward to seeing you in just a couple weeks!
